Welding robotics are installed on the cantilever and able to move forward-backward(Y axis),Up-down(Z axis, column),it is suitable for the big workpiece in length and width.

This solution connects the data chain of steel structure from design to automatic welding production, realizes the automatic welding of steel structure, supports mainstream 3D design software such as tekla and solidworks, uses workpiece model to automatically calculate the welding information; uses advanced 3D vision technology, automatically identify, locate the weld starting / end position and corner position, automatically complete the robot trajectory planning and programming, automatic error and deviation correction, , the whole process without excessive manual intervention, Teaching-free programming can realize the automation and intelligence of steel structure production welding.

3.FEATURES

  1. Support teaching-free welding of crane beam,clamping plate, purlin plate,steel column with bracket,diaphragm beam,shipping sub-assembly,floating deck and other steel structure products.
  2. Support for automatic generation of all welds of workpiece.
    ● Automatically match the welding process parameters according to the plate thickness
    ● Welding process database.
  3. No need of manual participation, automatic sorting (the shortest robot empty moving path ), supports automatic planning of robot empty moving path, also with collision detection and singularity avoidance, automatic generation of welding torch posture and supports automatic calculation of welding posture and position- finding posture.
  4. Digital twin technology, real-time display of on-site robot trajectory, welding voltage, current, speed and other production information.
  5. Wireless teaching pedant, easy operation , pure physical keys are suitable for blind operation .
  6. The laser sensor has both high and low line of sight functions
    ●Long distance (high line of sight) high speed scanning of initial positioning,able to automatically match the workpiece with models, and automatically identify the side A / side B ,and head/end of the workpiece.
    ●Close distance (high line of sight) accurate positioning and correct the actual weld position, to ensure the accuracy of the welding position
